// privacy & disclaimer

Your audio file is processed entirely in server memory and immediately discarded after the watermark is embedded or verified. No audio data is written to disk or stored in any database. The identity string you provide is used solely to derive the cryptographic watermark key during processing and is not retained, logged, or transmitted to third parties. No cookies are set, no accounts are created, and no tracking pixels are loaded. IP addresses are used only for rate limiting and are not stored beyond the active server session.

No data recovery. Because we do not store your audio, your identity, or any processing result, we cannot retrieve, regenerate, or restore any file or information after processing. You are solely responsible for saving your signed audio file and remembering the exact identity string you used. ORAVYS is not liable for any loss resulting from failure to save your signed file or from forgetting your identity string.

No warranty. This voice signing service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The watermark is designed to survive common audio transformations but is not guaranteed to be tamper-proof. ORAVYS is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of this tool, including but not limited to data destruction by third-party services, AI systems, or automated processes. See our full Terms of Service for liability limitations.

This service complies with GDPR Articles 5(1)(c) (data minimisation) and 5(1)(e) (storage limitation). For questions, contact [email protected]. See our full Privacy Policy.
