It is not charged. The credit is not used, or is returned automatically, so you can analyze another recording. If you would rather have your money back, write to us. No subscription is needed.
The free quick check is never charged, so there is nothing to return. On the API plan, the monthly fee itself is not refunded. Business plans, forensic examinations and pilots are covered by contract. The no-charge rule covers a recording that gives no usable result, not a conclusive result you disagree with.
Your voice data is encrypted and never shared. Audio is deleted after analysis. Reports are kept at least 30 days, then deleted automatically (35 days after creation; 30 days for full and expert reports); you can ask us to delete them sooner. You can ask us to erase everything (GDPR Art. 17). See the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
